Apart from sourcing for experienced people already in this construction industry, SHDB is also keen to induct new blood and new talents. For this purpose, SHDB has a structured Management Trainee programme which attracts university degree holders of allied disciplines to pick up and polish their knowledge and skills as they are moved from one division or process to another. The overall objective is to nurture and grow the next generation of builders equipped with skills and imagination for innovative solutions in this ever evolving industry, especially in terms of quality, productivity, design and sustainability.
